What can I do if I'm experiencing performance issues with MyApetito?

We always try to ensure that my.apetito is as performant as it can be, so if you have performance problems, please try the following before contacting your account manager…

  1. Restart your device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary issues causing poor performance. 
  2. Check your wifi connection: A poor internet connection can result in slow application performance. Verify your wifi connection is good. You can use sites like fast.com to check this or by browsing to other sites – are all sites on the internet slow? If so reset your router and try again. 
  3. Are you using a modern browser to access my.apetito? We recommend Chrome, Edge or Safari. These browsers should update automatically, but check the version and update if needed. 
  4. If all the above is ok, please contact your account manager who can speak to our team and get the issue resolved for you.
